Director, Client Services
Melanie serves as our Director, Client Services for the past 2 1/2 years. She spent 8 years at SHL Systemhouse and Canada Post Corporation, holding various positions in the Client Services, Helpdesk and the Operation areas. Melanie was the Sr. Client Services Manager for a large IT account, responsible for service delivery and problem resolution. She brings to VMI a strong client focus and proven process improvement initiatives to problem resolution.
Manager, Customer Support – Level II
Stephen Serves as our Manager, Customer Support – Level II and has been a valuable member of the VMI team for over 6 years.
Stephen started his career at VMI in field implementation after many successful client installations of Echovacs, he moved to the support department to continue his relationship with our customers and apply his product experience.
Manager, Customer Support Level I
Caleb serves as our manager, customer support – Level I and has been a member of the VMI team for about 3.5 years.
Caleb joined the VMI team after spending four years gaining expertise in the customer support arena with companies such as the Department of National Defense and Nortel Networks.
